Return policy

We take huge pride in all of our products and hope you enjoy them as much as we do, however should there be any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may wish to return your purchase for a full refund or product exchange of the same value. You may only do so providing the following:

  • The product/s are unused and still remain in their original packaging
  • You inform us you wish to return your product/s for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date you received your order
  • You either return the product/s to us within 14 days of the order received date, or provide proof of postage within 14 days of the received date.

If you wish to cancel your order and you have not received confirmation of dispatch yet, please inform us immediately for us to save you the hassle of returning the goods and to enable a quicker refund process.

If you wish to return your order after we have dispatched the goods, you must inform us within 14 days from the date you receive your order. You can email us on contact@bathbombbliss.co.uk

If you inform us you wish to return your order after the 14 day period, you will not be entitled to return your goods or receive a refund or exchange. We cannot accept any product/s that have been used, are in any way damaged, unfit for use or in a different condition of which we sent to you initially.

Upon stating your wish to return your order, please email us on contact@bathbombbliss.co.uk and state your name, a list of which product/s you wish to return and also declare weather you desire a full refund or to exchange your items for different products of the same price value. Please could you also explain why you wish to return your order, so that we can use it for feedback and customer survey purposes.

We shall reply to your email as soon as possible with information of what UK address to return your goods to. When returning your items please ensure they are well packaged and sealed securely, ideally in the original shipping packaging to prevent postage damage.

When we have received your returned order, we will examine the goods and apply the appropriate refund or exchange as requested. If you have returned the items due to an incomplete order, product fault, damage or any reason that deems your products unfit for use or different to what you initially ordered, we will provide a full refund for the same amount you initially paid and also refund you the postage cost, as long as you also provide some form of proof of postage.

If you are returning your goods for any other reason, we will still refund your products for the same amount you initially paid, but we will not refund you the postage costs as well. We reserve the right to deduct any amount from your refund cost if we believe you have diminished the product’s value in any way.

Once we have examined your goods, we shall be in touch either by telephone or email for you details to process the refund. Refunds will be made to your bank account via online bank transfer and we will try our best to do so as soon as we have examined your returned products.

If you requested a product exchange, we will contact you via telephone or email to determine which items you would like in exchange of your returned goods. The total must match the price of your returned order. If you request items for your exchange that are greater than the price of your initial order, you must pay the difference before we process the exchange.

If you try to return your order after the 14 day period, your refund or exchange will not be valid.

We will do our best to handle your return request quickly and effectively and will keep you updated throughout the process.
